Accepting the Terms of Service Policy

**THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) AND EYC INTERNATIONAL (hereinafter “EYC International”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF EYC INTERNATIONAL’S WEBSITE & OFFERED SERVICES.

To use our services, you must first accept our terms. If you do not agree with the terms, you may not use our services. You can accept our terms by creating an account on any EYC International website. However, you may not use our services if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with EYC International or if you are not a resident of India. EYC International is constantly innovating to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services that EYC International provides may change from time to time without prior notice. As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that EYC International may stop providing the services (or any features within the services) to you or to users generally at EYC International’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform EYC International when you stop using the services. You acknowledge and agree that if EYC International disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the services, your account details, or any files or other content that is contained in your account. In order to use our services, you will need to provide your tax return information accurately, correctly, and up to date. You agree to use our services only for purposes that are permitted by our terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions, including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from India. You agree not to access any of the services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by EYC International unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with EYC International. You specifically agree not to access any of the services through any automated means and shall comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the services. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services (or the servers and networks that are connected to the services). You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the services for any purpose unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with EYC International. You are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage that EYC International may suffer) of any such breach. If you file tax returns for another individual, you should be doing so with their consent and after fully understanding the implications of this action. EYC International will not be held responsible if you file without their knowledge or consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access our services. You agree that you will be solely responsible to EYC International for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you agree to notify EYC International immediately.

Privacy and your personal information

This policy outlines how EYC International treats your personal information and safeguards your privacy while using the Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with EYC International’s privacy policies regarding the use of your data. Income Tax Return Accuracy EYC International takes every precaution to ensure the accuracy of your Income Tax Return. We have a team of professionals, both internal and third-party, who work diligently to ensure the accuracy of our software. However, we provide no warranty or guarantee on the accuracy of your Income Tax Return. You are responsible for reviewing your Income Tax Return to ensure its accuracy. EYC International will not be held liable for any issues that may arise from the incorrect filing of your Income Tax Return. Exclusion of Warranties Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude EYC International’s liability or warranty for losses that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, only the limitations that are lawful in your jurisdiction will apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk, and that the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” In particular, EYC International, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors do not represent or warrant to you that: – your use of the Services will meet your requirements; – your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors; – any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, and – defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the Services will be corrected. Any material downloaded or obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from EYC International or through or from the Services, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms. EYC International further expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Please note that EYC International, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that may be incurred by you under any theory of liability. This includes but is not limited to, any loss of profit, loss of goodwill or business reputation, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss. You may also incur loss or damage as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising. Additionally, you may incur loss or damage as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the Services. You may also be affected by any changes that EYC International may make to the Services, or by any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the Services (or any features within the Services). Please note that EYC International will not be liable for the deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the Services. You are responsible for providing EYC International with accurate account information, and for keeping your password or account details secure and confidential. Please note that the limitations on EYC International’s liability to you in paragraph 15.1 above will apply whether or not EYC International has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising. In addition, EYC International reserves the right to terminate your user account and deny the Services upon reasonable belief that you have violated the Terms. EYC International may also terminate your access to any Beta Service in the case of unexpected technical issues or discontinuation of the Service. If you believe that EYC International has breached its obligations under these Terms, you have the right to terminate your user account. In such an event, you will be entitled to a prorated refund of any prepaid fees. Please note that termination of the user account will include denial of access to all Services, deletion of information in your user account such as your email address and password, and deletion of all data in your user account.
