However, if you have signed up for an assisted plan, you can cancel your payment or request a refund before the assigned expert has begun working on your case. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Additional terms for Investment Advisory Services

If you choose to utilize our investment advisory services, the following terms will apply in addition to the terms outlined in Clauses 1 to 14.

17.1 You acknowledge and agree that all ‘Investment Advisory’ services are provided through Right Horizons, which is registered as an investment advisor with SEBI.

17.2 EYC International acts as a technology facilitator for investment advisory services, providing a platform to users. Any transactions related to investment advisory services constitute a bilateral arrangement between Right Horizons and the user.

17.3 We receive information regarding investment advisory services from Right Horizons and display it on the platform ‘as is’. We do not take responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of this information. The provision of investment advisory services and the display of information from Right Horizons do not constitute recommendations, advice, or opinions from EYC International.

17.4 Right Horizons is solely responsible for providing investment advisory services and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and any subsequent amendments. We will not be held responsible for the quality of services provided by Right Horizons.

17.5 The terms of the Investment Advisory Services Agreement between Right Horizons and the user will also apply when availing of investment advisory services.

17.6 By using our services, you authorize EYC International and Right Horizons to collect, store, process, and share your information, including personal information, with third parties such as payment gateways, banks, KYC Registration, and other entities for the purpose of providing our services.

17.7 We are committed to innovating to enhance the user experience. You understand and agree that the nature and features of the Platform and Services may change from time to time without prior notice.

17.8 As part of our ongoing innovation, we may, at our sole discretion, permanently or temporarily stop providing the Platform, Services, or specific features within the Services without prior notice. You can discontinue using the Services at any time without the need to inform us.

17.9 If we disable access to your account, you may be unable to access the Services, your account details, or any files or content within your account.
